About Robyn Pratt
Robyn Pratt is a highly experienced professional with 40+ years of experience spanning various disciplines across different cultures and countries. Following her 24+ year with Starwood Hotels Robyn launched her own company Impact Consulting in 2010 and since then has partnered with companies and individuals with the goal to create tangible value towards achieving improved results in the area requiring focus.
Robyn has mentored and coached various individuals and has always maintained the importance of “being the best you can be” in whatever you do. Robyn has followed Bob Proctor for many years and completed his Goal Achievement program early in her international career which provided her with a structure to follow to focus on delivering to both personal and professional goals. In January Robyn joined the Goal Setting Live Stream of a Bob Proctor event and being part of this motivated Robyn to take the next step in her quest to achieve quantum leap results in both her goals and with those she is helping. Robyn is now excited and proud to have taken the next step and now is coached by Bob Proctor, Sandy Gallagher and the Proctor Gallagher Institute team as a Consultant and Coach which enables her to combine her coaching and expertise with these powerful programs which have created success for thousands of individuals and teams across the globe.
Robyn has been the recipient of various professional and personal awards, including “Queensland Business Woman of the Year”, International Woman Chiefs of Enterprises Achievement Award for Contribution to the Australian Tourism Industry and Starwood “Presidents Award”.
She is an Affiliate of Leadership Alliance International where she provides Leadership Coaching and program support for Fortune 50 companies such as Moodys International, Pfizer and KPMG North America and India.
Following her experience with a six month loss of memory following a medical procedure, Robyn wrote and published “To Build a Lifetime” where she shares her learnings from this experience when facilitating workshops related to the power of communication, effective listening and decision making.
Robyn sits on the Board of Directors at Special Interest Travel, a Demajo Company and is an affiliate of Morgansheer Hospitality Inc based in New York. Other directorships currently held are with Healthy Heat Ltd., Global Travel Solutions and PAYSEC International.
